Saba Agri Genetics Private Limited operates out of Plot No 255 and 256 in Vijaya Nagar. We are situated in Phase-Iklrs in the Medchal area. Having two plots gives us a bit more room to breathe and manage our genetics work. It is a lot of space, but we still manage to fill it up with equipment and files pretty quickly. Medchal is a good place for this kind of work because it is a bit away from the main city noise, though it is catching up fast. We spend our days looking at seed varieties and keeping track of how things grow. It is slow work that requires a lot of patience. We do not have a big marketing department or anything like that. It is just us, a few computers, and a lot of notes on paper. We usually have a lot of people coming by to discuss the technical side of genetics and seeds. The atmosphere in the office is pretty relaxed; we do not wear suits or have formal meetings. We just sit around and talk about what needs to be done for the day. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot of data to enter into the system. It is just a regular local business trying to do honest work in the agri sector.
