At Reword Technologies Private Limited, we don't have a giant headquarters with a glass front. We are located at 9-114 Peddambarpetprajay in the Gulmohar Colony. It’s a bit more of a residential feel around here, which we actually prefer. It makes the workday feel less like a grind and more like just another part of the neighborhood. We started this company because we had some ideas about how tech should be handled without all the layers of management you see in big firms. It’s just us here, working through projects one by one. Sometimes we stay late because a problem is particularly stubborn, and other days we manage to get out a bit earlier. We don't follow a strict corporate handbook. We just use common sense and try to be helpful. The Gulmohar Colony is a nice spot for us. It’s quiet enough that we can actually hear ourselves think, which helps when you’re trying to write code or figure out a system error. We aren't out here making big promises or using flashy marketing. We just do the work we’re hired for and try to keep our heads down. It’s a small operation, and that’s exactly how we want it. We know each other’s families and we know the local shops. It’s a decent way to run a business and we’re happy to be here.
