It’s a residential-feeling area but we’ve got our setup here to handle the products that come in from the rural areas. The 500068 area is a good spot for us because it’s easy to get things in and out without getting completely stuck in the city center traffic. Our space is filled with crates, boxes, and the smell of whatever we’re processing that week. We don't have a big corporate team; it’s mostly just a few of us who know the routine and keep the machines running. We just try to stay organized and keep the machines from breaking down.
