You can find us out on Sangamabanda Road at Plot No. 5. Organica River Grow Fishes & Prawns Private Limited is mostly about the water and the tanks. We spend most of our time checking on the prawns and the fish. It’s a wet job, honestly. We are located at Sy. No. 46/Aa, and it’s a decent sized plot for what we need. The sun gets pretty hot out here, so we’re usually out early in the morning before it gets too bad. We started this because we liked the idea of raising our own stock. It’s a lot of manual labor, cleaning the tanks and making sure the feed is right. We don't have a fancy office or a big sign. Most people just know us by word of mouth in the area. Sometimes the pumps break down and we have to fix them ourselves, which is a pain, but it's part of the life. We've had good years and bad ones, depending on the season and the water quality. We just keep at it. It’s a simple operation. We aren't a corporate giant, just a group of people who know how to handle fish. The road out here can be bumpy, but it leads right to our gate. We mostly keep to ourselves and focus on the growth. It’s a lot of watching the water and hoping for a good haul at the end of the month.
