Placeton Solutions Private Limited is tucked away in Srr Residency, Flat 201, in Kousalya Colony. Bachupally is where we call home. It’s a residential area mostly, so it’s not as chaotic as the main tech hubs. We like it that way. The office is a flat we converted, so it has a very homey feel to it. You won't find any cubicles or receptionists here. We just have our desks pushed up against the walls and plenty of power strips on the floor. Most days, we’re just hunkered down working on whatever project is due next. We talk a lot while we work, mostly about movies or where to get the best biryani around here. Sometimes we get stuck on a piece of code and we all end up staring at the same screen for an hour trying to figure it out. We aren't a big corporation with layers of management. If something needs to be done, one of us just does it. The balcony gives us a bit of fresh air when we need a break. It’s a straightforward life. We do the work, we talk to our customers, and we try to make sure everything runs smoothly. We’ve got a good little rhythm going here. It’s not fancy, and the paint in the hallway is peeling a bit, but it’s ours and it works for us. We’re just a local business doing our thing.
