We are based out of Plot No. 15/14P at Maa Laxmi Residency in Kompally. We are tucked away behind Chandra Reddy Gardens. It’s a bit of a quiet spot, which is good for the kind of work we do. We work on crop technologies, mostly looking at ways to improve how things are grown. We have some tech equipment and some trial plants scattered around the place. It’s not a polished corporate office. It feels more like a workshop or a lab that someone actually uses every day. We’ve got some stains on the floor and a lot of wires running around the desks. The team is pretty young, mostly people who grew up around here in the Rangareddi area. We don't have a big manual on how to do things perfectly. We just figure it out as we go along. Some days we are successful with our tests, and other days we have to start all over again. That’s just the way technology goes. We don't promise anything impossible to our customers. We just put in the hours and see what happens with the crops. The residency is a decent building. We know most of the neighbors by now. Sometimes we share snacks in the afternoon when things slow down. It’s a very normal way to run a business, and we wouldn't want it any other way.
