Our office for Native Tech Hub Software Solutionsprivate Limited is at H No. 10-119 in Sai Nagar, Balanagar. It’s basically a house that we’ve converted into a workspace for our software projects. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but it has a nice, homey feel to it. We aren't big on corporate rules or formal dress codes. Most of us just show up in whatever is comfortable. We spend the day coding and testing out different software ideas. It’s a lot of trial and error. We don't have a marketing department, so we don't have any polished slogans. We just tell people we build software and we do our best with it. Balanagar is a busy area, but our street is tucked away enough that we can actually get some work done without too much noise. Sometimes we have tea breaks outside and talk about the latest tech news. It’s a simple operation. We don't have big investor meetings or anything like that. We just focus on the clients we have and the projects they give us. There are days when things go wrong and we have to stay late to fix a server or a bug, but that's just part of the job. We are just a group of friends who decided to start a company together. It's been an interesting journey so far. We keep a small plant by the window that somehow stays alive.
