Nandimandalam Orchads Private Limited is over in the ECIL part of town. Our office is actually inside Omegas Alekhya Residency, Flat No 102. It’s a residential building in Officers Colony, Asraonagar. You might think it’s a bit odd to run an orchard business from an apartment, but it actually keeps things quite simple for us. We handle all the logistics and the planning for the trees from this spot. Usually, there is some coffee brewing and a lot of maps or lists spread out on the table. The area around 500062 is pretty nice and quiet, which helps when we need to get things figured out. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us who know about growing fruit and managing land. Most of our real work happens far away from the city, but this flat is where the decisions get made. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when we have visitors, but we make it work with what we’ve got. We aren't doing anything flashy here. We just care about the orchards and making sure the fruit turns out right every year. Living and working in the same general area near ECIL makes the commute easy, though Hyderabad traffic is always a bit of a mess. We’ve been at 30-265/20/1-11 for a bit now and the neighbors are used to us. It is just a practical way to run things without all the corporate overhead.
