Krayerzen Services India Private Limited is tucked away in Balram Nagar, specifically at 26-103/8, BN-447. Safilguda is where we’ve set up shop. It’s a residential neighborhood mostly, so it’s fairly quiet during the day except for the occasional street vendor. Our office is just a simple space where we handle all the service requests that come our way. We don't have a big corporate team, just a handful of dedicated people who know what they’re doing. Sometimes the internet acts up, or the power goes out for a bit, but we just deal with it and get back to work. We’ve been in this part of Hyderabad for some time now. Safilguda has its own charm, and it’s a lot different from the high-tech hubs like Madhapur. We like the pace here. It’s more personal. When we aren't at our desks, we’re usually chatting about the cricket scores or where to get the best snacks nearby. The nearby shops have some great tea, which helps when the days get long. The office isn't anything you'd see in a magazine, but it’s got everything we need. We handle a lot of different service tasks for our clients, trying to keep things organized. It’s a lot of coordination and talking on the phone. We don't use big words to describe what we do; we just show up every morning and finish the work we started. It’s a local business through and through.
