Kaustubha It Infrastructure & Consulting Private Limited is a small operation located at Plot No 11 in Sai Nagar Colony. We’re out in the Annojiguda Pocharam area, which is a bit quieter than the main city center of Hyderabad. This suits us just fine because we do a lot of heavy lifting when it comes to IT infrastructure and consulting. It’s the kind of work that requires a lot of focus and not too many distractions. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a functional space where we keep our servers and equipment. We’ve been here for some time now and have gotten to know the neighborhood quite well. We aren't interested in using a lot of big words to describe what we do. Basically, if someone has an IT problem or needs help setting up their systems, we’re the ones they call. We just try to be helpful and get things running smoothly for our clients. It’s a lot of technical work, and we spend most of our time looking at screens or checking hardware. We started this because we liked the idea of having our own local shop. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything like that; news of our work mostly spreads by word of mouth. We just show up every morning, drink some tea, and get to work on whatever needs fixing or building that day. It’s a quiet but productive way to spend our time.
