Our office is at 10-148/9 in the Sai Nagar area of Bala Nagar. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of different businesses tucked away in the side streets. We’ve been here for a while, working on the science side of crops. It sounds more complicated than it is. Mostly, we spend our time testing things and seeing what works for different types of plants. The building is a standard one for this part of Bala Nagar. We have a small lab setup and some desk space for the admin work. It gets a bit crowded when we have a lot of samples coming in, but we make it work. The people working here are mostly locals who know the area well. We don't put on any airs or try to sound like a giant multinational. We’re just a group of people who are interested in how crops grow and how to make them better. You can usually find us grabbing a snack from the vendor around the corner during our breaks. The traffic on the main road can be a bit much, but Sai Nagar itself is okay. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most of our work comes from word of mouth or through long-standing contacts in the industry. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment where we focus on the task at hand. We like the honesty of the work and the people we meet.
