Convoltech Software Private Limited

Convoltech Software is located in Kapra, over at Saket Enclave. Our specific spot is Plot No 39 in Phase III, near the ECIL Post. It’s a fairly quiet residential-turning-commercial area, which suits us just fine. We don't have a giant sign or a lobby with a receptionist. Usually, if you come by, you’ll just find a bunch of us sitting around with laptops and monitors. We handle software development for various projects. It’s not always glamorous work, but it’s what we know how to do. We like the Saket area because it’s a bit more relaxed than the middle of Hyderabad. The office is basically just a functional space where we can focus. We don't have a lot of meetings for the sake of having meetings. If someone has an idea or a problem, we just pull up a chair and talk it out. It’s a very hands-on way of working. Most of us have been in the tech industry for a while and we just wanted a place where we could work on things without too much outside noise. We try to keep our overhead low and our focus on the actual tasks at hand. It’s a small group, so we end up helping each other out with everything from fixing a bug to making sure there’s enough water in the cooler. It’s just a normal, everyday business trying to do good work.
