You can find Aptlytech India Private Limited over in Chintal, specifically in the Hmt Township. Our office is Flat No. 202 inside Vengamamba Nilayam, which is part of the Patwari Enclave. It is a pretty quiet residential-style building, which suits us just fine. We aren't looking for a lot of attention. We just need a place to sit and work on our tech projects. The flat has been converted into an office, so it has that slightly lived-in feel. There’s a small kitchen area where we make tea and a main room where most of the desks are set up. We’ve got a small team here. Most of us have been working together for a while, so we know each other's habits. We don't have any flashy signs or big logos on the door. It’s just a normal door in a normal building. Chintal is a nice area, away from the heaviest traffic of the city center. It makes the commute a bit easier for the guys who live nearby. We usually start around nine and keep going until the work is finished. Sometimes that means staying late, but we don't mind. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We don't wear suits or have formal meetings every hour. We just talk across the room when something needs to be discussed. It’s a simple way to run a business, and it works for us.
