Albenus Software Solutions Privatelimited is located at 8-429 Indira Reddy, right in the Allwyn Miyapur area. It’s a busy part of the city, and there are always people moving around outside. Our office is a very straightforward space. We didn't spend much money on decorating or fancy furniture because we’d rather put that into getting better computers for the team. It’s basically just rows of tables with monitors and a lot of tangled wires tucked underneath. We have a small corner where we keep the kettle and some tea bags for the afternoon. Most of us live fairly close by, so we don’t have to deal with those long Hyderabad commutes, which is a big relief. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of people. There’s just a handful of us who have worked together for a long time. We don't have a formal dress code; most of us just wear jeans and a t-shirt. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, which gives us a chance to get up and stretch. We don't do any self-promotion or try to sound more important than we are. We just take on whatever projects come our way and work through them until they’re done. It’s not a very glamorous life, but it’s honest work and we like it. We’ve been in Miyapur for quite a while now.
