You can find us over in Tellapur, specifically at Villa No 39 in Vision Urjith. It’s Phase 3 in the Ramachandrapuram area, out towards Medak. It’s a bit further out from the main city center of Hyderabad, which we actually prefer. It’s quieter here. Xenlogic Technologies Private Limited started as a small idea among friends. We use the villa as our workspace. It feels a lot more like a home than a sterile office. We have a small kitchen where we make lunch, and sometimes we sit outside if the weather isn't too hot. We don't have a corporate board or a lot of red tape. We just decide what needs to be done and we do it. The neighborhood is still developing, so there’s often construction noise nearby, but it’s manageable. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to work on things that interest us and pay the bills. It’s a pretty simple existence. We don't dress up for work; most days it's just jeans and flip-flops. We like the fact that we can work in a place that feels comfortable. There is no pressure to look a certain way or act like we are more important than we are. We are just a local team doing our thing in a quiet corner of Telangana.
