Natural Dairy Enterprises

Our day starts much earlier than most people in Ramachandrapuram. We are located at 8-122 in Srinivasnagar. By four in the morning, things are already moving. We handle milk and other dairy products, so there is always a rush to get everything sorted before the sun comes up. It’s wet and cold work, especially in the winters. We have a lot of large stainless steel cans and cooling equipment that needs constant cleaning. My brother and I run the show, and we have a few local boys who help with the deliveries. We aren't a massive factory. It’s more of a local operation where we know which house wants extra milk on Sundays. Sometimes the cows aren't producing as much or a delivery van breaks down, and we have to scramble to make sure everyone gets their milk on time. Srinivasnagar is a nice neighborhood, and we've lived here our whole lives. We don't use fancy labels or big advertisements. Most of our customers come to us because their parents used to buy from us too. The office is just a small room with a desk and a few chairs where we sit for a break once the morning rush is over. It’s a lot of hard work and very little sleep, but providing something fresh to the neighbors is a good way to earn a living. We just try to keep things simple and honest. The smells of the dairy are something you just get used to.
