Mudaavat Anand

I'm based out of Chandur Village, which is part of the Kowdipally Mandal. My house is H No 00, and that is where I handle all the business stuff. It is a quiet place for the most part, though you can hear the birds and the occasional tractor going by. Telangana gets really hot, so during the middle of the day, things slow down quite a bit around here. I don't have a big staff or a fancy office with air conditioning. It is just me and sometimes a couple of neighbors who help out when there is a lot to do. People in the district know to look for me if they need something sorted out. The village life is different from the city; news travels by word of mouth more than anything else. I’ve lived in this house for a long time, so everyone knows where to find me. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, which can be annoying, but you just learn to work around it. I keep my paperwork in a couple of old folders on a wooden desk in the front room. It isn’t much to look at, but it gets the job done. I don't spend a lot of time worrying about how things look. I just focus on the tasks I have for that day and try to finish them before it gets dark. It is a simple way of living.
