Yedla Sathaiah operates from H No 1-40 in Gavvalapally Village, which is tucked away in the Shankarampet R Mandal. Life out here in the village is quite different from the big cities. Things move a bit slower, and people rely on their neighbors for most things. Our business is a small, local affair that serves the people living nearby. You won’t find any neon signs or big billboards pointing the way to our place. It’s just a regular house in Gavvalapally where we get our work done. Most of our days are spent dealing with whatever the season brings, whether it’s the planting time or the harvest. It’s a quiet life, mostly, but there is always something that needs fixing or someone who needs help with something. We’ve lived and worked in this district for a long time, so we know most of the families around here. Our setup is very basic, just the tools and space we need to do our jobs. We don’t really have a website or anything like that; people usually just hear about us through word of mouth. It’s about being reliable and showing up when you’re needed. Gavvalapally is a small place, and we are happy to be a part of it, doing our bit to keep things running for the folks in Shankarampet. It’s not fancy, but it is home and it is how we live.
