Microbax (india) Ltd.

Microbax (India) Ltd. is out in Nandigama Village, which is part of the Patancheru area in Medak. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, but being out here at Survey No. 59 gives us the space we need. We have a facility where we do all our work with microbes and various pharma work. It’s a lot of technical stuff, so we spend a lot of time in the lab or checking on the equipment. The village setting is much more relaxed than being in the middle of a traffic jam. We have a good group of local people working here with us. The building is functional and solid, built for the kind of work we do every day. It’s not a polished corporate office with glass walls. It’s more of a place where people wear lab coats and get their hands dirty. We have to be careful with the details because of the nature of the work. Sometimes we have issues with the internet or the roads being a bit rough, but that’s just life in a rural area. We don't spend much time worrying about the looks of the place. We just want to make sure the products are made right and the tests are done properly. It’s hard work and it keeps us occupied from dawn until dusk. We like the quiet out here and just focus on getting things right.
