3H Synergy

3H Synergy is located out in Sultanpur village near the Ida Bollaram industrial area. Our place is at survey number 450 in the Patancheru mandal. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here but being near the industrial zone is important for what we do. The surroundings are mostly other warehouses and factories so it’s a very industrial setting. We don't have a shiny office building. It’s more of a practical workspace where we can handle our daily tasks without too much distraction. The air out here always has that smell of machinery and earth. We usually get to the site early in the morning before the big trucks start filling up the roads and things get too crowded. Inside our space, things are pretty basic with some sturdy tables and the tools we need for our work. We spend a lot of time on our feet moving around and checking on different things. It’s not the kind of place where you sit in a soft chair all day. We have a small area where we take our lunch and talk about how the work is going. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet is slow because we are a bit far out but we just manage with what we have. It’s a hardworking environment and we don't put on any acts for anyone. We just focus on the job at hand and make sure we get through our list of tasks for the day before heading home.
