We have our workspace set up in a simple way that lets us focus on our technology tasks without too many distractions. Being in Mayurbhanj means we are part of a smaller community, and everyone kind of knows where everyone else is. We don't have any polished lobby or a front desk person. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us working at our stations. We handle our daily duties and make sure the logs are kept up to date. Sometimes it gets quiet, and other times we are all talking at once trying to solve a tricky problem. We have been here for a while and it suits our way of working. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. We just come in, use the tools we have, and make sure the day's goals are met. It is a grounded place to work, and we appreciate the straightforward nature of our daily routine here in Orissa. There is a nice tree outside our window that gives a bit of shade in the hot months.
