Victorial School

Victorial School is located in Thirumullaivasal, a small place in the Nagapattinam district. We have been here for a while, providing a place for the local children to get their education. Being in a place like Thirumullaivasal means we are quite close to the coast, and you can often feel the breeze from the sea during the day. The school building is not anything extraordinary; it is just a solid structure with enough rooms for all the different grades we teach here. We do not have a big marketing department or any glossy advertisements in the newspapers. People in the village just know we are here. The kids stay busy. Every morning, the children walk or bike to school, and the day starts with the usual routine of lessons and breaks. We do not talk much about grand goals or missions. Instead, we just focus on the daily task of teaching. The playground is where the kids spend their free time, and it is usually quite noisy during the afternoon. We have to deal with the salt air affecting the paint on the walls, so there is always some maintenance work to be done around the premises. It is a simple life here at the school. We are not trying to be the most modern or high-tech place around. We just want to be a reliable school for the families who live in this part of Nagapattinam. It is a very ordinary but busy place for learning.
