SMPH CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED

We are located in Thirumullaivasal at 2/22 Velazhalar Street, which people often call IOB Street because the bank is right there. SMPH Constructions has been part of the Sirkali-Nagapattinam area for a while now. Our office is a small building that stays relatively cool despite the Nagapattinam heat. We have a lot of regular people who drop by just to talk about potential projects or check on progress. Being near the coast means we have to deal with the salty air and the humidity, which can be tough on equipment and buildings alike. We usually start our mornings by checking the weather and then figuring out which site needs the most attention that day. Velazhalar Street is a busy little place with people going to the bank or the local shops. We fit right in there with our trucks and piles of supplies. There isn't anything polished about how we run things. We write things down in notebooks and use a lot of local labor from the surrounding villages. The office has a few chairs for visitors and a big table where we spread out the blueprints. Most of our work happens within a short drive of Sirkali. We like being close to the sites so we can pop over whenever there’s a question. It’s a very local operation, and we like keeping it that way without any extra fuss.
