You can find us at Landmark Developers, located at 15 Razack Tower on Cutchery Road. Mayiladuthurai is a small enough place that we see familiar faces every time we step outside for a tea break. Our office in the tower is pretty simple. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles here, just the necessary tables and chairs to get our work done. We focus on local development and construction projects around the town. Cutchery Road is usually quite lively, and there is always some sort of activity right outside our window. We spend our mornings looking through files and our afternoons out at various sites checking on the progress of our buildings. It gets really hot here in the summer, and the office can feel a bit stuffy, but that is just part of living in this region. We don't use a lot of complicated language when we talk to our clients. We just explain the situation as it is. Some of our projects are small, and some are a bit bigger, but we treat them all the same. We have been at this address for a long time and don't plan on moving anywhere else soon. It’s a straightforward business. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big offices or expensive cars. We just like building things and seeing the town grow bit by bit. Most of our day is just handling the usual ups and downs of construction work. We are here daily.
