Iravathi Promoters Private Limited

We are based out of Sirkazhi Tk, specifically at No. 18 in Kovipattu Post. It is a much slower pace of life here compared to the big cities, and we like it that way. Being Iravathi Promoters means we spend a lot of our time dealing with land and local development in this part of the region. Most of the people we work with are locals who have lived here their whole lives. Our office is a simple setup. We don’t have fancy glass walls or air conditioning running all day long. We mostly rely on the breeze and some good ceiling fans. A lot of our work involves visiting sites around the Kovipattu area and checking on how things are progressing. We talk to the farmers and the local land owners quite a bit. It’s a lot of paperwork and visiting the local government offices to make sure everything is legal and clear. Sometimes the roads are a bit rough to get to the plots, but that is just part of being in the Sirkazhi area. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do a decent job with the projects we take on. People around here know us by name, and we like to keep it that way. We sit around the table, have some tea, and talk through the plans. It’s a very direct and plain way of doing business without any complications or high-speed drama.
