You can find us at C/O Munshi, House Number 125 in Narangpur-3. It’s part of Jitholakhas, near the Parikshitgarh police station in Tehsil Mawana. It’s a very local spot, and Four Phases Technologies Private Limited fits right in. The office is basically a converted part of a house, so it feels very personal. We’ve got curtains that my aunt picked out and a rug that’s seen better days. We work on various tech projects, mostly because we enjoy the challenge of it. The neighbors often see us coming and going at odd hours. In Mawana, word travels fast, so people know us as the computer folks. We don't have a big marketing budget or a sales team. Most of our work comes from people just knowing who we are and what we can do. The internet can be a bit spotty when it rains, so we usually take that time to clean up the office or grab some snacks. It’s not a corporate environment at all. We wear whatever is comfortable and we talk about cricket as much as we talk about code. Sometimes the local kids come by to see what we’re doing on the big screens. We just take it one day at a time, trying to do things right and making sure we stay honest with ourselves and the people we work with in this little corner of the world.
