We are set up in a place called Pullikanakku near Kayamkulam in the Alappuzha district. Our office is actually at Kottarathil Illam. It is a quiet area compared to the big cities like Kochi or Bangalore. P.N. Vasudevan started this, and we’ve been running things from here ever since. Alappuzha is known for its water and backwaters, but we are more focused on systems and technical work. It’s a family-run sort of feel because we are based out of a home-like setting. We don't have hundreds of employees or a big HR department. Just a few of us who know what we are doing. The internet can be a bit slow sometimes when it rains hard, which happens a lot in Kerala, but we manage to get the work done. We handle things for people who need help with their systems and technical setups. Most of our neighbors are just local families. They see us coming and going with laptops and gear. We try to stay organized, though some days the paperwork piles up on the main desk. It's a practical way to work without the stress of a commute. We don't have to deal with the traffic of a big city.
