Orange Homes

We've been around Karunagappally for a bit now, setting up shop here at 1690. It’s a busy area in Kollam and we like it that way because we get to see people every day. Most of us grew up around here, so we know which roads get flooded when it rains and where the best spots for a quick tea are. Running Orange Homes keeps us pretty busy, but it's good work. We deal with houses and land, mostly helping folks figure out where they want to live without making it a whole big thing. The office is usually a bit cluttered with papers and maps, but that’s just how we work. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other days it’s quiet enough to actually get through the paperwork. We aren't trying to be some giant company from the city. We just stay here in Kollam and do what we know. People stop by to ask questions about plots or just to see what’s available in the neighborhood. We try to give them straight answers. It isn’t always fancy and we don't have a big glossy brochure to hand out, but we know the land around Karunagappally pretty well. If you’re looking for a place or just want to know what the market looks like right now, we’re usually at the desk. We don't use a lot of big words, just plain talk about homes.
