R & K Computer Corporation is situated in Hanuman Nagar, which is part of the Yelahanka area in Bengaluru. The neighborhood has changed a lot lately with more buildings going up, but our spot remains pretty much the same. It is a local place where we spend our hours dealing with computer parts and technical issues. Bengaluru is known for its traffic, and Yelahanka is no different, so we hear plenty of engines and horns throughout the afternoon. Our shop in Hanuman Nagar isn't the biggest, but we have enough room for our tools and the various components we keep in stock. It is a very hands-on environment, so there is usually a bit of clutter on the workbenches. We don't really go in for a polished look; it is more about having what we need within reach. The air can get a bit dusty from the road, so we are always cleaning off the monitors. Most of our regulars are people from the nearby houses or other small businesses in Hanuman Nagar. We have a routine of opening up, checking our list of things to do, and just getting through the day. It is a steady way to live and work. We have been in this part of Bengaluru for a good while, so we know the best spots for a quick lunch nearby. Sometimes it gets a bit busy, but we just handle it as it comes.
