Deeksha Agro Biotech Private Limited is located over in Pawan Vihar, Ajabpur, which is part of Mathura. Neetu Singh is the one in charge of the daily operations here. We are a small team that works on the biotech side of agriculture, but we don't act like scientists in a lab all the time. Our office is in a residential area, so it feels more like a home than a business. We spend our time looking at how to make crops grow better and dealing with the technical side of things. It’s a bit different from traditional farming, but the goal is the same. We have some basic equipment and a lot of books and records to keep track of. Mathura is a busy city, but our corner in Ajabpur is relatively quiet. We don't have a front desk or a receptionist. Usually, if the bell rings, one of us just gets up to see who it is. We aren't a big corporate entity with a lot of rules and departments. We just work together to figure out the best ways to help with agricultural growth. It involves a lot of trial and error and a lot of patience. Some days are slow, and some days we are working late into the evening. We just do what needs to be done to keep the projects moving along. It’s not flashy, but it’s important work for us.
