City Net

We've been at House No. 4 for a while now. It's on the first floor right in Jawahar Hart. If you know where Vikas Bazar is, we are just across from there. It's a busy spot in the district. We started City Net because we saw a need for people to get things done locally without having to travel too far. Mostly, we just keep things running. It gets a bit noisy outside with the market traffic, but we like being where the action is. Sometimes the stairs are a bit steep if you aren't used to them. We spend most of our time at our desks or talking to people who drop by. It isn't a fancy office with big glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where we work. Usually, there are papers everywhere and someone is making tea. We know most of the neighbors by name now. It feels like a real part of the community here. If the weather is bad, the street gets a bit muddy, but that's just how it goes. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us making sure everything works right for the folks who rely on us. It’s honest work and we try to do it right. Nothing too complicated about it. We’re just here doing our bit every day. It's not a lot, but it keeps the lights on and the connections going for everyone around.
