Our small firm is located right in a residence in Mahavidhya Colony, which is in Mathura City. Being near Janam Bhumi means the area is always full of people and activity, especially during the festivals. We mostly work out of this home office setup. It isn’t fancy at all. We have a couple of desks, some old computers, and plenty of rolls of paper everywhere. Most of our day is spent looking at maps or drawing up house plans for people who live around here. Mathura is growing fast, and everyone wants to build something new. We try to keep up with the local building rules which can be a bit confusing sometimes. It is just a few of us here. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most people hear about us from their neighbors. Sometimes we have to go out and measure plots in the heat, which isn't very fun. Then we come back and try to make sense of those measurements on the screen. It is a lot of back and forth. We deal with the local builders too, explaining how the design should actually be implemented on the ground. It gets a bit loud outside with the traffic, but we just get on with it. We handle the blueprints and the technical drawings. It’s a practical way to run a business. We like being in the colony because it feels more personal than a big office building.
