Nirmanam Architects

Nirmanam Architects is based over in Vrindavan, specifically at Shri Thakur Ji Dham near the Hari Nikunj Chauraha. If you know where Brijwasi Sweets is, we are right by there. It is a busy corner of town. We spend our time working on all sorts of building designs, mostly for people around the Mathura and Vrindavan area. The office is a bit of a workspace where we do everything from the initial sketches to the final technical drawings. We don't have a big corporate setup. It is just a few of us who like to figure out how to make a building look good and stay strong. We see a lot of people who are building guesthouses or family homes. We try to be very down-to-earth about the whole process. There is no point in making things sound more expensive or complicated than they need to be. We just sit down with whoever comes in, look at their plot of land, and start figuring out the best way to use the space. Sometimes we go out to the sites to make sure the builders aren't taking shortcuts. It is a lot of dusty work and long hours, but we like seeing a project finally get finished. We aren't trying to change the world, just helping people build things that work for them right here in our own community. We have seen many sites go from empty dirt to finished homes over the years.
