Cloud 9

Over in Thenhipalam, there’s a spot called Cloud 9 in the Melechellari area. We aren't some big city chain, just a local place where you can find us most days of the week. People around here know the location well because it’s a familiar part of the neighborhood. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations or anything like that. It’s more about having a place to stop by when you're out and about. The pace in Melechellari is usually relaxed, though it can pick up when the school kids are out or when people are heading home from their jobs. We spend a lot of time just talking to the people who walk through the door. It feels more like a community spot than a business sometimes. We try to keep things simple and not overcomplicate what we do. The building has been here for a while, and it has that lived-in feel that you only get from years of use. We handle everything ourselves, from cleaning up to taking orders. It’s a small operation, but it keeps us on our toes. Thenhipalam is a good place to be, and being at this specific corner feels right. We don’t put on any acts. What you see is what you get, which is just a few local people running a shop for their neighbors.
