We are located at 5-11-47 on Maidan Road in the Bhavathi area. It’s an old part of the city, and the streets can be quite narrow and busy during the day. Our office is a simple one, nothing too fancy. We’ve been here long enough that most of the people living nearby know our faces. Maidan Road is always full of activity, with people heading to the markets or the various shops around Bhavathi. We spend our time managing different properties, mostly residential stuff but some small shops too. The office is usually a bit messy with paperwork because we’re always in the middle of something. We don’t have a big staff, just a couple of us who take turns being in the office or out visiting sites. It’s the kind of work where you have to be out on the ground to really know what’s happening. We use a lot of local knowledge to help people find what they need. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just sit outside and talk to the neighbors until it comes back on. It’s a very local way of doing things. We don’t bother with big advertisements or anything like that. People just find us by word of mouth or by seeing our sign on Maidan Road. It’s a quiet, steady way to earn a living in a part of town we really like and know well.
