You can find Priya Property up on the 4th floor in the Kadri area of Mangalore. We are specifically located near Kadri Kambala, which is a place most people around here know very well. We deal with land and houses, mostly helping folks find a place to stay or buy something for their family. It is not a very complicated business, but it involves a lot of walking around and talking to different people every day. Our office is just a simple room with some files, a few chairs, and a phone that rings quite a bit. Mangalore’s real estate can be a bit of a puzzle sometimes, with all the different neighborhoods and the prices changing from month to month. We do not have a big sales team or a polished pitch to give people. We just tell folks what is currently available and what the situation is with the paperwork. Some days we are out of the office most of the time showing properties to people, so the office might be empty for a while. It has been our base for a long time now and we aren't planning on moving. We know the Kadri area quite well since we spend so much of our time walking the streets here. It involves a lot of paperwork and phone calls, to be honest. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in Mangalore, just a local spot for property questions.
