We are located at 1-11-28 on Light House Hill Road, which is right in the heart of Hampankatta. It’s a very central spot, so there’s always people walking by and plenty of noise from the street. Being on Light House Hill Road means we’re close to a lot of the older parts of the city, which gives the area a bit of character. At Thrive Skill, we mostly focus on helping people pick up new abilities that they can use for work. The office isn't particularly large, but we’ve made use of the space to set up desks and areas for teaching. It’s a busy place during the week, with folks coming in for classes or to ask about what we offer. We don't spend much time on fancy marketing; most of our visitors are people who live nearby or work in Hampankatta. The building has been here for a while, and it feels like a solid place to be based. We keep a regular schedule, opening up early and staying until the evening. Sometimes the stairs are a bit of a climb, but it’s just part of being in this part of town. We’re just a small group of people who know our stuff and want to share it with others in a way that’s easy to understand. It’s practical, everyday work for us, and we like being part of the local community. We just keep things moving and help out where we can.
