St Teresa Pre School

St Teresa Pre School is tucked away on Shicabagh Road in the Kadri area of Mangalore. If you’re looking for us, we are right across from Arun Electricals, which is a good landmark for parents who are new to the neighborhood. The school is mostly for the little ones who are just starting out. We have small chairs and colorful drawings on the walls that the kids made during their morning activities. It’s a noisy place most of the time because toddlers don't really know how to stay quiet, and honestly, we don't mind it much. There’s a lot of sand in the play area that always seems to find its way inside the building no matter how much we sweep. Kadri is a busy part of town, but our street stays relatively calm during the school hours. We spend a lot of time helping kids with their lunch boxes and making sure they don’t lose their shoes. The teachers here have been working together for a long time, so we have a bit of a routine going. It’s not a massive campus, just a cozy space that fits our needs. Sometimes the rainy season makes the pick-up time a bit of a mess with all the umbrellas and puddles near the gate. We just take it one day at a time, looking after the children and making sure the gates are shut properly. It is just a simple, local preschool.
