Our office is over on Pinto Line in Bejai. It’s right across from the Hari Batti Apartment building. If you know the area, it’s not hard to find. We’ve been operating out of this spot at Door No. 3-33-2870 for quite some time. It's a quiet enough street most days. We deal with all sorts of local property stuff here. Sometimes people come in looking for a house to rent, other times they want to sell a bit of land. We just sit down and talk it through. It’s not a big corporate setup. Just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of local knowledge. Bejai is a nice part of town, and we like being here. We spend a lot of our time out on the road, looking at different sites or meeting with owners. When we are in the office, we’re usually catching up on calls or fixing up some documents. It’s practical work. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. If a place is good, we say so. If it has issues, we mention those too. Being honest keeps things moving. Most of our day is spent handling the small details that come up with real estate. It's a lot of back and forth, but we enjoy the pace. We know the neighbors and the shops around Pinto Line. It feels like a community here, which makes the work better for everyone involved.
