Our office is located at 654, Falnir, right in the heart of Mangalore. Being in Dakshin Kannada, we are very familiar with the heavy rains and the coastal humidity that comes with the territory here. Mangalore Minerals Pvt. Ltd. has been part of this community for years. We aren't some new company that just showed up last week; we have seen the city change quite a bit from our office windows in Falnir. Most of our work involves the dull but necessary side of the mineral industry—managing the supply chain, talking to vendors, and keeping track of the shipments coming in. The office is a bit crowded with folders and maps of the local areas we work in. We don't spend much money on fancy decorations because we would rather just focus on the job at hand. The staff here is used to the fast pace of the city, and we usually have a cup of tea while we go over the morning reports. It can be a bit stressful when a shipment is delayed or the weather shuts down the roads, but that is just part of living and working in this part of India. We aren't trying to be flashy or impress anyone with big corporate words. We just want to do our work properly and keep the business running like it always has. It is a simple life for us, but it is the one we know best.
