Karanths Deal Well Real Estate

We are based in Manasa Tower, right on the ground floor. It makes it easy for people to just walk in off M.G Road without having to deal with elevators. We are situated near the Pvs Circle, which is always full of traffic and people. It’s a very central spot to be in. Karanths Deal Well Real Estate has been operating from this ground floor space for some time. Inside, it’s just a normal office with desks and plenty of paperwork piled up. We spend our days talking to buyers and sellers who are moving around the city. Being on M.G Road means we see everything that goes on. We don’t have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just rely on being in a good spot where people can find us. We handle the paperwork and the talking, trying to keep things as straightforward as we can. Dealing with real estate can be messy, but we just take it one day at a time. Sometimes we’re busy with three different people at once, and other times it’s just us and the radio. We like the energy of Pvs Circle and being in Manasa Tower. It’s a practical location for a practical business. We don't make big promises; we just show what we have and help people make their own decisions about the properties. Most days we are here until late evening finishing up the files.
