We are located at Silvin Kotage, which is tucked away on Lobo Lane in the Mallikatta area of Kadri. It is an interesting spot for a business because it feels more like a home than a factory or a corporate office. The building is an old-style structure and we have tried to keep it in decent shape over the years. We focus on food technology here, so the kitchen and lab areas are the most important parts of the house. There is often the smell of something being tested or processed wafting through the halls. The lane outside is fairly narrow, so parking can be a bit of a headache if more than two cars show up at once. We have a small garden in the front that we try to look after, though the weeds usually win in the rainy season. Inside, the rooms are a bit small and the floors are made of old tiles that creak a little. We spend our time looking at food samples and working on machines that help with processing. It is a quiet neighborhood for the most part, which helps us focus. People around here know the cottage as the place where the food tech folks work. We like the pace of Kadri. It isn't as frantic as the main city center, and that suits us just fine. We just go about our business and let the days pass.
