Aibha Hygienic Meat Shop

At Aibha Hygienic Meat Shop, we are located in U P Plaza on JM Road in the Bunder area of Mangalore. We are right across from the N.P.T. transport office. Being in Bunder means we are right in the middle of all the commercial action, with trucks moving goods around and people everywhere. We open up very early in the morning, usually while the air is still a bit cool. Most of our work involves preparing the meat and making sure the shop is as clean as we can get it. We use a lot of water to keep the counters and the floors washed down throughout the day. It’s hard work and it’s tough on the back, but it’s what we do. People from the neighborhood come in for their daily needs, and we know most of them by name. We don't have fancy displays or bright lights, just the meat and the tools we use to cut it. The plaza itself is a busy place, and there is always a lot of noise from the traffic outside on JM Road. Sometimes we take a break and sit on the stools when there’s a quiet moment, but usually, we are busy with a customer or cleaning something. It’s just a straightforward meat shop where we try to do a decent job every single day for the people who come here.
