Our place is called Flavours And More and you can find us at Drsc Bantwal on SCS Hospital Road in Balmatta. We are sitting right opposite the Madavi True Value showroom. Mangalore is a coastal city, and Balmatta is a pretty central area. We started this because we wanted a spot that offered a little bit of everything, hence the name. It’s not a massive restaurant, just a comfortable space for folks in the neighborhood. Being near the hospital means we see all kinds of people coming through. Some are in a hurry and others just want to sit for a while. We don't have a polished staff with uniforms, it's just us in our regular clothes doing the work. Sometimes we get the orders out fast, and other times when it's packed, it takes a bit longer. We try to be honest about that. The road outside can get quite congested with all the cars and bikes, but inside we try to keep it calm. We don't do much in the way of promotion. People usually just see us when they are visiting the hospital or the car showroom across the street. It’s a simple business and we like it that way. We just focus on the food and the people who walk through the door. There’s no corporate talk here, just us making sure you get a meal.
