Boomika Real Estates

Our little shop is on the 1st floor of Divadeepa Arcade, right in the Bendoorwell area. It’s Shop No. 4, so you have to come up the stairs to find us. Boomika Real Estates has been in this building for some time. Bendoorwell is a lively part of town. There is always something happening outside on the street. The arcade has a few different businesses, so it’s a good place to be. We aren’t a big firm with lots of offices. It’s just this one spot where we do all our work. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when a few people come in at once, but we make it work. We spend a lot of time talking to landlords and people looking to rent or buy. It is mostly local stuff around this side of the city. We don't use any high-pressure tactics. We just show you what is on the books and let you decide. It is a simple way to run things. The office has a few files and a couple of desks, nothing fancy. We like being in Divadeepa Arcade because it’s easy for people to describe where we are. Just tell them to go to Bendoorwell and look for the arcade. We’ve helped a lot of families find their first homes from this small room. It’s steady work, and we enjoy being part of the neighborhood here. We are usually here six days a week, just keeping things moving along for everyone.
