We have been operating out of the Topaz Complex for quite some time now. You can find us on the first floor right on K S Rao Road in the Hampankatta area. If you know where the Sapna Book Centre is, we are directly across from them. It is a busy part of Mangalore, so there is always a lot of noise and movement outside our windows. The office itself is pretty simple and unpretentious. We just have our desks, some filing cabinets, and the usual equipment needed to get through the day. Most of our time is spent going through various documents and meeting with people who need help with their paperwork. We do not really go in for fancy decor or corporate branding. It is just a place where we do our work and talk to our neighbors. The stairs up to the first floor are easy to find. Sometimes the traffic on the road makes parking a bit of a challenge, but that is just how it is in this part of town. We have seen many businesses come and go in this neighborhood while we have stayed put. We do not do much in the way of advertising because most people find us by just walking past or hearing about us from someone else. It is a straightforward way to run a business, and it seems to suit us just fine. We just focus on the task at hand.
