Snack Shack

You can find us in the Manipal Store Building, right by Tiger Circle. If you know Manipal at all, you know that Tiger Circle is basically the heart of everything here. We are in a spot where there are always students and locals walking by, so it stays pretty lively from morning until late at night. Our shop is small, and we focus on quick snacks that people can grab while they are on their way to class or waiting for a bus at the circle. We have been in this building for a while now, and we’ve seen the town change quite a bit over the years. The space inside is tight, so most people just stand around outside or take their food to go. It’s a very casual setup, nothing fancy about it. We do all the cooking ourselves, mostly fried things and quick bites that go well with a hot tea or coffee. The noise from the traffic at Tiger Circle is constant, but you get used to it after a few days of working here. We don't have a website or any of that, we just open the shutters in the morning and start prepping the food for the day. Sometimes we run out of the popular items by late afternoon because the student crowd is so big and hungry. It’s just a regular snack shop trying to serve the local community and the university kids. We like being in the middle of it.
