You’ll find us in a bit of a unique spot, over in Kallugundi at the Sampaje Post in Sullia. We are Nitco Terrazzo Tiles Pvt Ltd and we operate out of a space care of Savithri A.M. This part of Karnataka is beautiful but it can be a bit of a trek to get to if you aren't used to the roads around Dakshina Kannada. Our work with terrazzo tiles keeps us pretty busy, as there is always someone looking for that specific look for their floors. The office is very simple, almost like a part of a house, which is common in this area. We don't have any big signs or flashing lights. It’s just a quiet place where we keep our records and talk to customers. A lot of our business comes from word of mouth around the district. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at job sites seeing how the tiles are actually being laid down. The air is fresh here, and the pace is a bit slower than the cities, which lets us focus on the quality of what we are doing. We have a small, tight-knit crew and everyone knows how to do a bit of everything. Whether it's answering the door or checking the accounts, we just pitch in. It’s a very honest way to earn a living, surrounded by the greenery of Sullia and just doing our thing day by day.
