Mogul Treat Restaurant

Our restaurant is over at Millenium Towers in Highland Kankanady. It’s a busy spot in a big building. We spend most of our time in the kitchen preparing dishes for the people who work in the towers and live nearby. The kitchen is small and gets very hot, but we’re used to it. We don't have fancy tablecloths or expensive decorations. The tables are just plain wood, and the menus are printed on simple paper. We’ve been serving food here for a good number of years now. You can usually hear the clatter of pans and the sound of the exhaust fan from the dining area. We get a big rush around noon when the offices let out for lunch. It can get pretty chaotic, but we manage to feed everyone. The staff is like a small family. We’ve all been through the busy seasons together. Kankanady is a fast-paced neighborhood, and we try to keep up with it. Sometimes we run out of certain ingredients by the evening, but we just change the specials on the chalkboard. It’s an honest place where you can get a hot meal without any fuss. We stay until the last customer leaves, which is often quite late on the weekends. It is hard work on the feet, but we like seeing people enjoy their lunch.
