Sri Gurujnana Vidyalaya L.P.S

Sri Gurujnana Vidyalaya L.P.S is situated in the Gandhinagar area of Kuvempunagar in Mandya. We are right in the middle of a residential spot, which makes it feel very much like a neighborhood school. The address is 571401 if you are looking it up, but most locals just know the street by now. We’ve been operating here in Mandya for quite some time, focusing on the younger kids. It’s a small place, so we know most of the families by name, and they know us. We don't have any big slogans or flashy signs. Mostly, our day consists of the usual school tasks, like setting up the classrooms and making sure the kids are safe during their breaks. The building is a bit old but we take care of it as much as we can. It feels like a real part of the history of Gandhinagar. Sometimes the rain in this part of Karnataka makes the walk to school a bit difficult, but the kids always show up with their umbrellas anyway. We are just a group of people who care about teaching the basics to the children in our town. There isn’t much more to it than that. We don’t try to be something we aren’t. It’s a practical, local school where the focus is just on the children and their early years of education. Every afternoon when the school ends, the street gets busy for a few minutes and then it's quiet.
